OBJECTIVES

    • TO DEVELOP A SYSTEM FOR CONSCIOUS,CONSISTANT AND CATALYTIC ACTION TO IMPROVE THE ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE PERFORMANCE OF THE INSTITUTION
    • TO STRIVE FOR QUALITY ENHANCEMENT AND SUSTENANCE.
    • EFFORTS FOR HOLISTIC ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE.
    • INITIATE PLANS AND SUPERVISE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES FOR THE INCREASE OF QUALITY IN EDUCATION.
    • MONITORING THE PROCESS OF TEACHING, LEARNING AND EVALUATION SYSTEM.
    • SUPPORT FOR ORIENTATION, REFRESHER, RESEARCH AND SUCH TYPE OF COURSES.
    • DIGITALIZATION OF THE INSTITUTION TO COPE WITH THE CHANGING SITUATION.
    • PARTICIPATION OF ALL CONSTITUENT OF THE INSTITUTION.

STRATEGIES

FOR THE MAINTAINANCE AND UPLIFTMENT OF QUALITY, THE FOLLOWING STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THE IQAC:

  • ORGANIZATION OF INTRA AND INTER INSTITUTIONAL WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS ETC. ON QUALITY RELATED THEMES .
  • DOCUMENTATIONS ON VARIOUS ACTIVITIES.
  • MOTIVATING THE FACULTIES FOR INITIATION OF BEST PRACTICES.
  • PERIODIC CONDUCT OF ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE AUDIT BY THE MANAGEMENT
  • OPTIMIZATION AND INTEGRATION OF METHODS OF TEACHING AND LEARNING.
  • THE CREDIBILITITY OF ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION PROCESS.
  • CREATING OF A LEARNER CENTRIC ENVIRONMENT.
  • COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF FEEDBACK FROM ALL STAKEHOLDERS ON QUALITY RELATED INSTITUTIONAL PROCESS.
  • DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION ON QUALITY PARAMETERS.
