- TO STRIVE FOR QUALITY ENHANCEMENT AND SUSTENANCE.
- EFFORTS FOR HOLISTIC ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE.
- INITIATE PLANS AND SUPERVISE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES FOR THE INCREASE OF QUALITY IN EDUCATION.
- MONITORING THE PROCESS OF TEACHING, LEARNING AND EVALUATION SYSTEM.
- SUPPORT FOR ORIENTATION, REFRESHER, RESEARCH AND SUCH TYPE OF COURSES.
- DIGITALIZATION OF THE INSTITUTION TO COPE WITH THE CHANGING SITUATION.
- PARTICIPATION OF ALL CONSTITUENT OF THE INSTITUTION.
STRATEGIES

- MOTIVATING THE FACULTIES FOR INITIATION OF BEST PRACTICES.
- PERIODIC CONDUCT OF ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE AUDIT BY THE MANAGEMENT
- OPTIMIZATION AND INTEGRATION OF METHODS OF TEACHING AND LEARNING.
- THE CREDIBILITITY OF ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION PROCESS.
- CREATING OF A LEARNER CENTRIC ENVIRONMENT.
